Error: Unable to calculate X and Y position from the source and pointing coordinates.

I thought that this error had to do with the lack of information about GRB 070805, which I was trying to process the other day. But while attempting to process today's detected GRB, I got the same error. I don't understand what it means, other than this:

The installation of the new HEASOFT did not work!
