MTSU / Reading to Understand
I've had so much going on in other aspects if my life, I haven't had much time to update like I should have.
The meeting in Tennessee went okay. I gave two quick talks on GRBs (first to physics teachers and professors, second to physics students, mostly undergraduates) and presented a poster on my timing work. It was a good practice.
This past week, I typed up my notes from the Amsterdam conference. I've been reading a lot, taking topics from those notes and trying to understand what was said. I could do this for the next few years and still not understand everything, but I do want to broaden my knowledge within this field.
I've also been keeping up with the latest bursts as they happen. Nothing too exciting to report on that front.
I've found myself thinking about 070306 again. I wonder if there's still more I can learn from that event.
