I ran the BAT gamma-ray data for 070306 through an FFT and came up with something weird in the power density spectrum. This is the first time I've tried to time analyze BAT data, so what I saw may be normal (seen in every burst), or it may not be. There's a bunch of noise (meaning we don't think they're real signals) in high frequencies (100 to 1000 Hz and beyond) and we're not sure why. We didn't see anything significant in the 1 Hz area. But I didn't have much time to look today, and we're not sure we're using the correct method with the BAT timing analysis (I may have modified our program for XRT windowed timing analysis incorrectly).

There is a team in Amsterdam who is going perform an analysis to either independently verify our discovery or refute it.
