I’m a published author in a peer-reviewed journal!

This research was done back during the summers of 2003 and 2004 I spent at Villanova University. I wrote the first draft of this paper based on International Ultraviolet Explorer data in July 2004. The final paper looks nothing like my original. I actually asked to be removed as first author; I think second author is still too generous.

I really want to write something publishable this summer on my GRB work. I’ve been told the novelty of publishing fades, but I find it exciting.

In other news, I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Space Sciences, Astronomy/Astrophysics option. I also received a new laptop as a graduation gift, which I hope to install Linux on for future working-at-home opportunities.
